2014年中国心力衰竭指南基本特点和内容
摘要：从中外指南比较的角度，介绍中国新指南的基本特点和内容要点。包括对于慢性心力衰竭可改善预后的药物及可能有害的药物。醛固酮拮抗剂及心脏再同步化治疗应用扩大至NYHAⅡ级患者。对于心衰的定义、阶段划分、药物应用的时机和适应证，以及心力衰竭一些新诊治手段的评价。

Abstract：FromtheChineseandforeignguideangle，introducesthebasiccharacteristicsandmaincontentsofthenewchinesechronicheartfailureguideline.Includingtoimprovetheprognosisofdrugandpotentiallyharmfuldrugsforchronicheartfailure.AldosteroneantagonistandapplicationofcardiacresynchronizationtherapytoexpandtoNYHAⅡpatients.Forthedefinitionofheartfailure，stagedivision，drugapplicationtimingandindications，evaluationandsomenewmethodsofdiagnosisandtreatmentofheartfailure.
